arranging valutaions of properties, shares, jewellery and personal possesions, completing all neccessary tax form, applying to the court for a grant of probate or letters of administration if there is no will, tracing missing beneficiaries, disposal of transfer of assets to beneficiaries as well as advising on any deed of variation to the will/intestacy if desired.

If you wish to deal with the day to day administration yourself, we can arrange to obtain the grant on your behalf and also deal with the subsequent sale of any property, linking with our conveyancing department.
