We are located on the Fylde coast but service clients throughout the UK from our offices in Blackpool and Lytham St Annes in Lancashire. On the 1st August 2010, the firm became a limited liability partnership.
Our History
Roland Robinson and Co was founded in 1899 by its then sole principal Roland Walkden Robinson who first set up in practice in Birley Street, Blackpool.
He was a prominent local lawyer who was joined in Partnership by Thomas Hesmondhalgh and in 1951 the practice moved to the current offices on Birley Street.
In 1974 the practice amalgamated with the long established Fentons under the name of Roland Robinsons and Fentons, further going on to acquire Butterfields and the new Lytham office in 2008.
In 2012 the Firm further expanded with the acquisition of the St Annes on Sea Practice of Cloney & Co.
